I think so many people view life so objectively, so they think they don&#039;t have any control; therefore, &quot;choosing&quot; to have a great day isn&#039;t possible for them, because they simply believe that they can&#039;t choose, or at least part of them believes that even if they &quot;choose&quot; to have a good day, that it really is just wishful thinking.

So I think the best thing to do is to first realize that you DO have control, and to stop observing an objective world that you have no control over. Perception is everything, and we all create our individual perceptions--create a good one and that is the first step to happiness :-)]]></description>
